AI Goodbye

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AI Goodbye ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase or download, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the Software on devices you own or control
• Use the Software for personal or commercial purposes
• Receive updates to the Software at no additional cost

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software

4. Pricing and Payments

Desktop Versions (macOS and Windows):

• One-time purchase price of $9.99 USD
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Price includes lifetime updates
• No recurring subscription fees

iOS Version:

• Free to download from the App Store
• Subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for desktop purchases:

• If you are not satisfied with AI Goodbye for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• To request a refund, email marketing@dealerofhappiness.com

For iOS app purchases, refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

6. Third-Party Services

AI Goodbye offers optional integration with third-party AI services:

• ChatGPT (OpenAI)
• Claude (Anthropic)
• Google AI

Use of these services requires your own API keys and is subject to the respective provider's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

AI Goodbye and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Dealer Of Happiness. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Software will meet your specific requirements
• The Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Software will be accurate or reliable
• Any AI-generated content will be factually correct or appropriate

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEALER OF HAPPINESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

10. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use
• AI Goodbye should not be used as the sole basis for important decisions
• We do not claim ownership of content you create using the Software

11. Privacy

Your use of AI Goodbye is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes our data practices. In summary: we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data.

12. Updates and Changes

We may update the Software and these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dealer Of Happiness operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
