AiGoodbyeTerms of Use
The short version: AiGoodbye is free. The AI runs on your device and can make mistakes, so check anything important. Your content is yours. The app is provided as is.
1. The app and Apple's terms
AiGoodbye ("the app") is made by Dealer Of Happiness and is available for free on the App Store. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with these terms. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement wins.
2. Price
The app is free, with no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no ads.
3. AI-generated content
- Answers, summaries, transcripts, translations and descriptions are generated automatically and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
- Do not rely on the app as your only source for medical, legal, financial, safety or other important decisions. Check with a qualified person.
- Describe Surroundings is an aid. It is not a replacement for a cane, a guide dog, orientation and mobility training, or your own judgment, and it can miss or misdescribe obstacles, traffic, steps and text.
4. Your content
You own what you type, say, record, photograph or import, and what the app produces for you. It stays on your device. We claim no rights to it.
5. AI models
Apple Intelligence is provided by Apple under Apple's terms. Models you download, such as Qwen3.5 Vision, Gemma 4 (provided under and subject to the Gemma Terms of Use at ai.google.dev/gemma/terms) and Smol Vision, or a model you add yourself, are made by third parties and provided under their own licenses. Downloads come from Hugging Face, or, where Hugging Face can't be reached, the identical files from ModelScope.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, to harm others, or to record people where recording is not allowed. Many places require everyone's consent before a conversation is recorded; it is your responsibility to get it.
7. No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Dealer Of Happiness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
9. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
